Mr. Mofijur Rahaman CMA, CGIA

Md. Mofijur Rahaman is an experienced finance professional with a strong track record in corporate finance, IPO execution, and strategic leadership. He joined Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC as a Manager on December 1, 2012, and through successive promotions, he became the General Manager and is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Finance. During his tenure, Mofijur has played a key role in the company’s financial growth and successfully led an IPO. He has also managed various strategic initiatives and implemented important employee welfare programs, including a Provident Fund and Healthcare initiatives, ensuring effective governance under his leadership.
Mofijur holds advanced qualifications, including a CA Application Level from ICAB, a CGIA certification from the USA, and CMA membership from ANZ, Australia. His academic background includes bachelor's and master’s degrees in mathematics, Accounting, and Marketing. This extensive educational experience, combined with his commitment to excellence, has established him as a respected leader in corporate finance and management.

Mr. Kabir Hossain

Mr. Kabir Hossain is working as an Company Secretary in Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC who has vast experience on Initial Public Offering (IPO). From the very beginning of this company’s public placement shares he was an active member of the management to enroll the company in the capital market. Furthermore, he completed his Double Master Degree in Accounting and Finance respectively. Apart from the above, he is partly qualified of Chartered Secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). On top of that to enrich his knowledge and skill development, Mr. Kabir attended on various training program like IPO Management, Dividend Compliance Report, VAT & Tax Management.

Eng. Md. Naim Siddiki

Mr. Siddiki has vast working experience more than 20 years in the field of engineering specially Operation & Maintenance departments with different capacity in local and overseas companies like Saudi Aramco, Dammam and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Makkah Al-Mukaramah in K.S.A under the Sponsorship of Bader H. Al-Hussaini & Son Co. Now he has been leading in Lub-rref (Bangladesh) Limited as Assistant General Manager (AGM) & Head of Operation. Under his extensive leadership there are many Graduate Engineer, Technical supervisors and Operators working here. Mr. Siddiki completed his Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Chittagong Polytechnic Institute, Chittagong. Apart from this he has been gained a lot of knowledge participating on various training like CMMS (Computerized Management Maintenance Service) and Rural Electrification Board (REB) Line construction in international and local organizations.

Mr. Mizanur Rahman

Mr. Mizanur Rahman has started his career in the field of Sales and Marketing in the year of 2004. Now he has been working and dispensed his leadership as Assistant General Manager (AGM) with attachment in Industrial Sales and Marketing for Dhaka Division in Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC. He completed his MBA major marketing from Asian University, Bangladesh in the year of 2003. He gained lot of training on Marketing and Sales from local and international organization. He achieved MLA-1, Certified by ICML, USA.

Md. Rezaul Islam

Mr. Islam leads the company as National Sales Manager and Key Manager for Automotive Sales and Marketing. He has more than 21 years of Sales and Marketing hands-on experience. He completed his Master Degree in Arts from National University in the year of 2000. He attained a lot of practical session on Sales and Marketing Techniques and tools during his entire career.

Mr. Dr. Mohammed Saifuddin

Mr. Saifuddin has been working as Manager (Lab and R&D) in lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC. Under his leadership there are so many Graduate and Chemist in the Company. He has more than 13 years of job experience and research exposure in so many Companies. He completed his Master Degree in Chemistry from the University of Chittagong in the year of 2001. He also achieved PhD. in Environmental Science from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. He vested his academic knowledge and experience for so many Research Papers like Evaluation of plant physiological and chemical stress on root growth for slope stability (UMRGPV052-2011A), the influence of plant diversity on slope stability and ecology at different phases of succession. (Project leader, Evaluation of plant physiological and chemical stress on root growth for slope stability, and The effects of naphthalene acetic acid and gibberellin acid in prolonging bract longevity and delaying discoloration of Bougainvillea Spectabilis and conducted training like Quality Control of Industrial & Drinking Water, ISO/IEC17025:2015- General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories, and ISO 14001:2015- Environmental Management System, OHSAS18001: 2007 - Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO 9001:2015 - Quality management systems.
