Mrs. Rubiya Nahar is the Chairman of Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC., bringing over 17 years of rich business experience to the organization. As a sponsor director, she is celebrated as a dynamic entrepreneur and a prominent figure in the country’s industrial sector. Born in 1956, Mrs. Nahar graduated from the University of Chittagong before embarking on an impressive business career. Her entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of Grease House Limited, a pioneering company in the manufacturing of lubricants and greases. As the Managing Director of Grease House, she developed exceptional expertise in managing and scaling operations, gaining profound insights into the industry. Under her visionary leadership, Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC. has achieved significant growth and success, solidifying its position in the market. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Mrs. Nahar has traveled extensively to key global destinations such as Singapore and Saudi Arabia, furthering her business endeavors and expanding her international perspective.
Mr. Mohammed Yousuf is the Managing Director of Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC. He was born in 1950. He completed his Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Chittagong. Mr. Mohammed Yousuf started his career as a lecturer in a college very early after completing his education. After leaving his teaching profession in the year 1976, he jointly founded Homeland Chemical Industries Limited and worked as a Partner-in-charge of marketing till 1978 in the same year he ventured into the lubricant business and gathered sound knowledge and expertise in the field of grease and lubricants. He set up a grease manufacturing project in Chittagong under the name & style ‘Grease House Limited’ taking financial support from Bangladesh Shilpa Bank & Islami Bank. He has obtained foreign training in lubricant technology and attended many seminars on the subject both at home and abroad. He obtained management training conducted by ZDH & Techno net Asia and Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation (BPC) Training Institute with reference to safety aspects in the petroleum industry and was also trained by IMO on marine pollution and participated in seminars on quality control. Mr. Mohammed Yousuf participated six times in Fuel & Lubricants Asia Conference in Singapore and FUCHs management conference in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Shanghai, Australia, and Germany. He is actively involved in the industrialization of the Country and is one of the founders of the National Association of Small & Cottage Industries of Bangladesh (NASCIB) and was holding the post of Vice President for 3 sessions and was a member of different sub-committee of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCC&I). He is also an active member of NLGI of the USA and an Industrial member of the Society of Teratology & Lubrication Engineering (STLE), USA. Mr. Mohammed Yousuf is also serving as a patron of some Socio-Economic, Cultural, Philanthropic, and Sports organizations. Mr. Mohammed Yousuf was the Managing Director of FUCHs Bangladesh Limited. He established FUCHS-GHL Lubricants Bangladesh Limited in the year 1998, a joint Venture Lube and Grease Blending Plant with FUCHS Petrolub AG of Germany as Managing Director for 4 years. After separation from FUCHS, he established Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC., a state-of-the-art project for the production of new generation Lube Base Oil through Hydro finishing of both Refinery by-products & Spent Petroleum Oils as feedstock. Mr. Yousuf widely traveled to major cities in the Asia Pacific, Europe, the United States, Brazil, and Middle-East.

MR. MD. SALAUDDIN YOUSUF
Director
Mr. Md. Salauddin Yousuf serves as a Director of Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC., actively contributing to the company’s growth and success. Born in 1982, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has since been dedicated to advancing his business career, preparing to take on the mantle of full-fledged leadership in the future. As the son of Mr. Mohammed Yousuf and Mrs. Rubiya Nahar, he carries forward the legacy of entrepreneurial excellence while bringing fresh perspectives to the organization. Mr. Salauddin has played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s marketing strategies and spearheading organizational restructuring efforts to achieve optimum efficiency and performance. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he has engaged in extensive international travel for business and CSR initiatives, visiting countries like the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia. His global exposure has enriched his strategic outlook, making him a vital asset to Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC. and a promising leader for its future.

MRS. DR ISRAT JAHAN
Director
Mrs. Dr. Israt Jahan was born in 1980. She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degrees and also looking after the business of the Company and trying to build up her business career gradually & she is the full-fledged future leader of the Company. He established various corporate houses at home and abroad and earned laurels for her leadership qualities. Mrs. Israt Jahan was appointed to the Board in 2016. Since her appointment as a Director, she has been contributing actively to the overall planning, strategy formulation, HRM, and decision-making process of this Company. Her specialization in time management, branding of products promotion, troubleshooting, and crisis management brought very positive results to the Company. At present, she is performing her responsibility as the Director of this Company. She is the daughter of Mr. Mohammed Yousuf and Mrs. Rubiya Nahar.

Mohammed Rafiqul Alam, FCMA
Independent Director
Mohammed Rafiqul Alam, FCMA, a veteran professional with over 32 years of diversified experience in accounts, finance, audit, and strategic planning & operations, has been appointed as an Independent Director of Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC. His appointment, duly approved by shareholders at the company’s 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) with prior approval from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), highlights the company’s commitment to enhancing its governance framework and strategic vision. Mr. Alam's illustrious career is marked by his extensive tenure at the Chittagong Port Authority (CPA), where he held various leadership roles, including Chief Finance and Accounts Officer and Chief Audit Officer. He has demonstrated exceptional expertise in preparing financial statements aligned with IAS and IFRS, budgetary control, cost management, and in establishing robust internal audit systems. He has also played his dynamic role as the convenor of CPA (Chittagong Port Authority) Automation system in implementing 50 modules for smooth operations of different departments of CPA.
In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Mr. Alam is a respected academic. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at several esteemed institutions and universities, including Independent University Bangladesh(IUB),East Delta University(EDU) , Chattogram Independent University(CIU) and The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). Over his 24 years of teaching experience, he has imparted knowledge in subjects such as Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Cost Accounting, Auditing, and International Finance.
Mr. Alam is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) and he is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountants of USA.
His global exposure includes professional visits to leading ports in countries such as Singapore, the Netherlands, Pakistan, and France and his visit to more than 50 countries including USA, Japan, China, Germany, Belgium, UAE , Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia,Vietnam of the world as an official delegates which enhances his strategic insights and operational expertise in different areas.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Alam has contributed significantly to social and professional organizations. He has served as President of the Chittagong Port Officers’ Association, Chairman of the Chittagong Branch Council of ICMAB, and President of the Lions Club of Emerging Sandwip under Lions Club International.
With his wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership, Mr. Alam’s inclusion on the Board of Directors reinforces Lub-rref (Bangladesh) PLC’s dedication to robust governance, strategic growth, and operational excellence.
